Every journey has a beginning, and this one began last Saturday. A discussion that resulted in a commitment to explore the world of edible flowers. We are now in the discovery phase, and shall share what we learn. Since it is still winter here in Montana, we are several months away from actually planting our flower garden. The official day for the last freeze is May 26. Last year, somebody forgot to tell Mother Nature about this date, as we had a hard freeze and snow in the middle of June.
